Ledgers & List primarily sells downloadable digital products, including printable journal pages, digital papers, ephemera, journal kits and related creative files.

No physical product is shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

Refunds on Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of downloadable products, we generally do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind after a digital product has been delivered.

Please review the product description, preview images, dimensions, file format and other product information carefully before completing your purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that may be required by applicable law.

Problems With Your Download

We want you to receive the files you purchased in usable condition. If your download is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from the product described on the listing, please contact us.

When possible, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file, corrected download or technical assistance.

If we cannot provide the purchased digital product as described, we may issue an appropriate refund or other remedy.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us with your order information.

Verified duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund of the duplicate transaction.

Printing & Color Variations

Digital artwork may appear somewhat different when printed than it does on a screen. Colors can vary because of differences in monitors, printers, inks, paper, printer settings and other equipment.

Minor variations in printed color or appearance are not considered product defects.

Product listings identify the intended dimensions, resolution and file formats whenever applicable. Customers are responsible for confirming that their equipment and software can use the stated file type.

Physical Products

Ledgers & List currently focuses on digital products. If physical products are offered in the future, any applicable return or refund terms will be stated on the product listing or in an updated version of this policy.
